How you pay.
50% deposit
By bank transfer to a Moldovan bank card (MAIB, Victoriabank and others) — we send the details once your order is confirmed. The deposit starts the work on your book.
Review before printing
Before we ask for the balance, we confirm the giver's letter with you, show you the final photo illustrations, and check every name, date and fact in the book.
Remaining balance
Paid the same way, after your confirmation — printing or shipping only begins after that.
We don't accept cash or intermediaries — bank transfer only, so you always have a confirmed receipt.

A NARRA book is made for one specific person — with their name, dates and stories. So a classic return, the kind you'd expect for an ordinary product, isn't possible: someone else's personal book can't be resold. Before printing, we confirm three things with you.
The giver's letter
We propose one or more versions — you choose and can ask for changes.
Photo illustrations
We show you the final processing of every photo before printing.
Every fact in the book
Names, dates, who the gift is from, and other details — you confirm them personally.
If useful, we can also show you a couple of sample spreads. Printing only begins once you've confirmed everything.
If a printed book arrives with a mistake that's our fault — for example, the printed letter, photos or facts don't match what you confirmed before printing — we reprint the book again, free of charge. If the issue is with data you confirmed yourself during the review stage, a correction is possible, but it comes with a separate printing cost: you approve the print run personally, which is exactly why the pre-print review stage matters so much.
What happens to your photos and personal data.
The birth date, photos and family stories you entrust to us for the book are kept on file for reprints or archiving, and are not shared with third parties — except those strictly necessary to produce and deliver your order (the print shop, to print the book; the courier, to ship it).
