The Ikigai module

A space where the story becomes a personal practice.

This additional section is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai — the search for what gives a person meaning, joy and a sense of their own path. Through questions and writing practices it helps them see their strengths, understand what truly matters, and put into words the direction they want to move in next.

Inside the book
Why

The book is about the person. Ikigai is for the person.

First they read how the people close to them see them. Then they receive questions they answer themselves. It is an important shift: from the outside view — to the inside one, from memory — to choice, from the story — to a direction.

The book stops being just something to read — it becomes a personal act.

What's inside

Interactive pages — in the style of the whole book.

The full module stays personal — here is only what its questions and practices work with:

Strengthsseeing which qualities repeat across different life stories.
Sources of joynoticing what gives energy — and what only takes it.
One's own wishesseparating them from other people's expectations.
Valuesputting into words what truly matters.
Directionseeing possible paths and choosing one small next step.
Noteskeeping the answers inside one's own book — the thoughts that usually stay in the head.
Honestly

Who it suits — and who it doesn't.
